Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi

Bu sözleşme, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

1. Taraflar

ALICI	Sipariş formunda belirtilen ad, adres ve iletişim bilgileriyle tanımlanan müşteri.

2. Konu ve Kapsam

İşbu sözleşme; ALICI'nın SATICI'ya ait megastandard.net internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda siparişini verdiği ve aşağıda nitelikleri belirtilen ürün/hizmetin satışı ve teslimatına ilişkin olarak 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmelere Dair Yönetmelik çerçevesinde tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini kapsamaktadır.

3. Ürün ve Hizmetler

Mega Standard Company tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetler şunlardır:

Endüstriyel kodlama sistemleri ve yedek parçalar (BestCode, TopJet vb.)
Avrupa menşeli kozmetik ürünler
İhracat ve lojistik hizmetleri

Ürünlerin temel özellikleri, fiyatı, stok durumu ve teslimat bilgileri sipariş sırasında ALICI'ya açıkça sunulur.

4. Sözleşmenin Kurulması

ALICI, web sitesinde ürünü seçip siparişi tamamladığında sözleşme kurulmuş sayılır. Sipariş onayı e-posta ile ALICI'ya iletilir. SATICI, siparişi kabul etmeme veya iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.

5. Fiyat ve Ödeme

Fiyatlar aksi belirtilmedikçe ABD Doları (USD) cinsindendir ve KDV ile diğer vergiler ayrıca gösterilir.
Ödeme; Visa ve Mastercard kredi/banka kartları ile PayTR güvenli sanal POS altyapısı aracılığıyla alınır.
Kart bilgileri SATICI tarafından saklanmaz; tüm ödeme işlemleri uluslararası güvenlik standartlarına uygun altyapılar üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
SATICI, fiyatlarda önceden bildirim yapmaksızın değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.

6. Teslimat

Ürünler, sipariş onayından itibaren kararlaştırılan süre içinde teslim edilir. Teslimat süresi ürün türüne ve hedef ülkeye göre değişir.
SATICI, uluslararası nakliye ve gümrük gecikmelerinden sorumlu tutulamaz.
Teslimat, ALICI'nın belirttiği adrese yapılır.
Ürün taşıyıcıya teslim edildiğinde hasar ve kayıp riski ALICI'ya geçer.

7. Cayma Hakkı

ALICI, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahiptir.

Cayma hakkı aşağıdaki durumlarda kullanılamaz:

ALICI'nın özel talebiyle üretilen veya kişiselleştirilen ürünler.
Kurulmuş, kullanılmış veya değiştirilmiş ürünler.
Ambalajı açılmış tüketim ürünleri (mürekkepler, solventler, kimyasallar).
Sipariş edilen ancak B2B sözleşme kapsamında sevk edilmiş sanayi ekipmanları.

8. Iade ve Geri Ödeme

Onaylanan iadeler, ürünün SATICI'ya ulaşma ve incelenme tarihinden itibaren 5-10 iş günü içinde işleme alınır. Geri ödeme, orijinal ödeme yöntemiyle yapılır. Ayrıntılar için İade Politikamıza bakınız.

9. Gizlilik

ALICI'ya ait kişisel veriler yalnızca sipariş ve teslimat süreçleri için kullanılır ve üçüncü taraflara satılmaz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikamıza bakınız.

10. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatı uygulanır. 2025 yılı için belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilindeki uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, bu sınırı aşan uyuşmazlıklarda ise İstanbul Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

11. Yürürlük

ALICI, siparişi tamamlaması ile birlikte işbu sözleşmenin tüm koşullarını okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Sözleşme, sipariş tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

BUYER	The customer identified by the name, address, and contact details provided in the order form.

2. Subject and Scope

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of goods/services ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website megastandard.net, within the framework of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Products and Services

Products and services offered by Mega Standard Company include:

Industrial coding systems and spare parts (BestCode, TopJet, etc.)
European cosmetic products
Export and logistics services

The essential characteristics, price, stock availability, and delivery information of each product are clearly presented to the BUYER at the time of ordering.

4. Formation of the Agreement

The agreement is deemed concluded when the BUYER selects a product on the website and completes the order. An order confirmation email will be sent to the BUYER. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Price and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and fees will be clearly shown.
Payment is processed securely using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards through PayTR's virtual POS system.
Card details are not stored by the SELLER. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
The SELLER reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered within the agreed timeframe following order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on product type and destination country.
The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by international shipping or customs clearance.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER.
Risk of loss and damage passes to the BUYER upon handover to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Products manufactured or personalised to the BUYER's specific request.
Products that have been installed, used, or modified.
Consumable products (inks, solvents, chemicals) whose packaging has been opened.
Industrial equipment shipped under a B2B contract.

8. Returns and Refunds

Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by the SELLER. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected from the BUYER is used solely for order fulfilment and delivery purposes and is not sold to third parties. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Turkish law shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement. For disputes within the monetary limits set for 2025, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction; for disputes exceeding these limits, Istanbul Consumer Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Entry into Force

By completing the order, the BUYER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date of the order.
